Terms and Conditions:

• A 50% deposit is requested to guarantee booking within 48 hours of making the booking.
• If booked only one night or within 30 days of date of arrival, full payment is required as deposit.
• The remaining balance of the accommodation is requested 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
• Should payment not be stipulated, The Alexander reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
• Payment can be made by EFT or Credit Card.
• All extras to be settled on departure by guests.
• Rates are quoted per person per night and includes breakfast.
• We allow a maximum of 2 people per room. Our Captains Suite is the only Suite in the house with a queen size sleeper couch. Single rate applies for an additional person.
• No children under the age of 18.
• Prices quoted are in ZAR (South African Rand)
• Prices are inclusive of 15% VAT.
• Any quote depends on availability at the time of acceptance.
• Our rates can change at any time without further notice.

All rates are inclusive of breakfast and taxes. Book in time is between 14:00 and 19:00 - please make prior arrangement for late arrival. No children allowed.   Payment Method: ONLY MASTERCARD AND VISA CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED AS FROM NOW. REGRETFULLY NO AMEX OR DINERS CLUB CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. Cancellation Policy:

• If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total reservation will be charged.
• Cancellations or modifications made within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% off full reservation will be charged.
• In the event of a premature departure or no show the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged at 100%. A 10% cancellation fee will then be applicable to all bookings.
• No refunds applicable in peak season (1 December - 31 January).
• 100% of booking will be charged if a reservation is made for peak season (1 December - 31 January).
